This data is used solely to keep your settings consistent across devices.

When using Rx without an account, patient names, weights, and drug selections exist only in your browser and are never transmitted to our servers. When using Records, patient and owner data is stored server-side to power the records features. When using Scribe, visit audio transcripts and AI-generated SOAP notes are stored server-side. This data is scoped to your clinic, is never sold or shared with third parties, and is used solely to provide the service.

2. Local Storage

vets.fyi stores your preferences and saved protocols in your browser's local storage so they persist between sessions. No cookies are used. This data stays on your device and is not shared with third parties.

3. Analytics and Tracking

vets.fyi does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking pixels. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

You can clear locally stored preferences and protocols at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site. To request deletion of your account and any associated server-side data, contact us.
